Change Management Strategy and Design Phase


Overview

This work started as a SharePoint governance standardization effort, but the real challenge was adoption. A formal change management workstream was not in place, so I built the change approach during the strategy and design phase. The communications plan, roadshow concept, reinforcement ideas (including office hours), and measurement framework were recommendations I developed to support a consistent rollout across business units. Execution and go-live were transitioned to the receiving team.


Scope

Strategy and design phase ownership. Implementation and go-live were owned by the receiving team.
