Everyday Risk Decisions
What happens when you ask first-line employees to own risk decisions instead of passing them up the chain? This project shows how a four-week, story-driven experience brought the Three Lines of Defense model into everyday conversations and reshaped how people involve the second line for advice.

Sales Enablement Tool
Sales leadership wanted to explore AI enabled coaching and practice tools that could support more consistent sales conversations. This project walks through an eight-month evaluation of two finalist platforms, from proof of concept builds to two pilot waves. It closes with a recommendation grounded in what worked, what did not, and what it would take for the experience to be worth using.
